The Mystery, Inc. team investigates two mysteries. Those meddling kids presents the mystery from the perspective of a boat thief in a glowing diving suit who runs into Scooby and the gang. In Carnival of Fate, the team visits a carnival and Shaggy and Scooby have to figure out why everyone else is buying everything in sight.

In Paris, Scooby, Shaggy, Daphne, Fred and Velma witness the theft of Madame LeRoux's gemstone necklace by a mysterious gargoyle. The Mystery, Inc. team gives chase, finds the culprit, but not the necklace. Their search continues in Moscow, where the witch Baba Yaga steals a Fabergé egg.
