Colorado. Automobile Theft Prevention Authority

The Colorado Auto Theft Prevention Authority was established by Senate Bill 08-060 in 2003. The program has awarded approximately $4 million dollars annually which has been used by the programs partners to reduce auto theft in Colorado by 56 percent.
